Great value for money: This hotel offers affordable accommodation without compromising on quality. The prices are reasonable and provide excellent bang for your buck.
All was well, nothing to improve.

Even though there was a language barrier, Natalia was so helpful and attentive. The reception was also kind to give me a larger sized fan when I was a bit shocked seeing the 6 inch fan in the room, without me asking!!! The included breakfast was not what I had expected, however, I did like when Natalia set my tray on the table in my room. Also, Natalia straightened my room each day and cleaned the bathroom each day! The location was fine for the value. Wifi worked wonderfully.
The reception/staff was not readily available. The website's reviews stated an English speaking staff member who was very helpful; this was not my experience. The staff was rarely around and I was not given any way to contact them. The breakfast was very plain. The tv did not turn on. Air-conditioning is an extra charge. Comforter on bed could use a cleaning/update.

Very close to central attractions, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Very small quadruple room, but I guess as you would expect for the price in the middle of Rome over Easter!

The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities, including a TV and a small fridge. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. The location of the B&B was great - it was close to a metro stop and within walking distance to key attractions like the Colosseum. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. The water temperature was not easy to control, as it would fluctuate from hot to cold depending on the water usage in neighboring rooms.

The room is not in the same place of the office. You have to walk around 3 blocks to reach it. Though the rate is cheap but the breakfast is quite too bad.

The staff was kind and the room was in good condition. The sir gave us a refund for 1 night (although it was a 3rd of the price we paid for the night) as we took a side trip for a couple of days. This is because Booked.net takes a cut from the price charged. I would make sure to contact him directly instead of booking through any of the travel websites for a better deal.
This was equivalent to a Ramada/Holiday Inn versus a nicer hotel.

This lovely B&B was the perfect location for our romantic escape. the room was cozy and clean, and we appreciated the small touches such as the complimentary toiletries. the staff was friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was ideal, just a short stroll from many of the city's main attractions.
The only downside to this B&B was the lack of breakfast options. We were hoping for a more substantial meal in the morning but were only offered a small selection of pastries and beverages.

The staff was very friendly and the location was a 10 minute walk to the Colisseum and Metro staion. About a 15 minute walk to the terminal with a 6 and 4 year old leading the way.
I do not reccomend this hotel to anyone. We needed a room close to the Colisseum which this was. There was no WIFI as advertised on Booked.net, the facilities themselves were not up to par for what we paid. No hotel in Rome will blow you away unless you are ready to cough up some good money but this one didn't make the average rank. The sink did not have any hot water and they don't provide any shampoo or soap, the breakfast that was given to us was anything you can find at a small convenience store. Overall this is probably the worst place i have booked for my family which is not a good thing when you have young children as well.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the Manzoni metro stop. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit all the central attractions. Additionally, there is a beautiful park nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic.
All was well during our stay at this hotel.

They did not have an available room yet they said they did! This b&b stuck 2 of us in a shoe box with one bed! We reserved twin beds! The room if you can call it that was behind the kitchen it was most likely an employee's room! When we complained the offered us a different room the next night for 10 euros more!! Would never recommend this b&b or stay there again!!

The only good thing we found positive was the proximity to the city Metro, however the staff (non italian or english speaking!!!) failed to let us know. We simply stumbled on the entrance to the Metro while walking around the neiborhood.
It is amazing that the staff (one person) could not speak Italian or English. The shared bathroom were in disrepair and not very clean.

For everyone: please check with hotel the Air Conditioning option. It is not included into the price and is provided on extra fee (10 eur/night). Amazing but true. I wasted too much of my preciuos time to solve this issue. Other remark: the person who serves You is not speaking englsih/french/german, even basic english. So to ask smth or explain - impossible.
